Nanny Cay is located on the south side of Tortola midway between West End and the capital Road Town. The marina is one of the best equipped in the Caribbean with 180 berths, a hotel, restaurants, chandlery, supermarket and a small number of shops.

There is currently a residential development (Nanny Cay Village) under construction of waterfront town houses with their boat own docks.
