Long Bay Tortola

Long Bay is situated on the north eastern tip of Tortola and a fair distance from Road Town. The bay can only be accessed via a dirt road and is not usually very busy. There are no facilities at the bay other than a hotel of the same name and a few private villas. Close by are attractions including Soper's Hole marina and Smuggler's Cove.

The water is crystal clear, the mile long white powder sand beach almost perfect and with fantastic views. For swimming, beware of some coral under the water in front of the hotel, otherwise most of the beach if free of obstructions. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful beach away from hoards of tourists, then Long Bay is your destination in Tortola.
