Travel Directory Advertising Refunds (Return Policy)

All advertising contracts are for 12 months (unless otherwise stated). Advertisers will be automatically charged after the initial 12 month period for a further 12 months unless cancelled by the advertiser (or unless otherwise stated). Advertisers who are not happy with the service provided will be eligible for a full refund of advertising charges paid within 7 days of entering into the contract. After 7 days advertisers will not be entitled to a refund; however, advertisers may contact us at any time to have their adverts removed from the travel directory.

We will endeavour to deal with customer issues with 48 hours.

Privacy Policy

Email Privacy: We take pride in being a spam free business and we do not operate any form of email marketing. We will not pass your email address to anyone else.

Any information provided will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction and addressing any customer services issues.

General: We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold is held securely in accordance with the law. All information collected is through the ordering / registration process and is in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998.
