Dickinson Bay (common misspelling, see
Dickenson
Bay for more information) is the main resort area of
Antigua located in the north west corner about three miles
drive from the capital
St John's. The bay offers
every type of water sport including windsurfing, water
skiing, parasailing, sails boats, snorkeling and jet skis.
Dickinson Bay is home to a
Dolphin centre, several cafes, restaurants and hotels.
Dickinson Bay is one of the most popular in Antigua with
sugary white sand and calm turquoise waters which are
generally safe for children and families. Several small
uninhabited islands and a mile long coral reef lie just
offshore. |
